In addition to hardware configuration stuff, make sure that you've got the
software license keys for everything. I just got back from a visit to a
new client who did a "sorta scratch install", and he messed up a bunch of
stuff.

Subject: Scratch install from 820 to 810
Hiya,
we have just upgraded (hardware-wise) our hot-standby system (810) and
want to use it as our
production system (currently 820).
So I have a full backup from the 820 and want to scratch install the 810
from that tape. Are
there any gotchas in that case? Both systems are running V5R2.
Any tips?
