But this brings up a good point on logistics from any conference.  What I
do is take a couple of Fed-x waybills with me when I goto a conference.
Picking up a box is usually easy, especially at common and I just tape it
up, slap a waybill on it and leave it at the hotel front desk.  I
recommend taking a roll of really good wide plastic 3M packing tape and
the waybills as well as the little plastic envelopes they go in which
attach to your package...

Do this all the time, saves me a ton of problems.  Also, depending on what
and how much, you could just check in that extra box at the airport.
Depending on the size/weight it may be cheaper to take it with you than
fedex it....and depending on which airline fly and how anal retentive they
are to charges for extra packages...one of the reasons I really hate to
fly United.
