Well searching QHXHDLTU comes up with 2 APARS. Comments below are from the APARS. Long and short looks like it's cleaning up iSeries Access for the Web stuff.

objects with the job name QHXHDLTU

When deleting user profiles, QIWA2/QHXHDLTU generates a QPRINT
spooled file containing a Java exception and stack trace if
iSeries Access for Web has never been configured.
