I think that WebSphere Portal Express is a new product. We currently have WebSphere Application Server - Express on our iSeries. A few months ago we tested "WebSphere Portal" (on another platform) and we were told that the cost was in the $50K range. We already run our WAS environment on that platform. The "20 user license" for WebSphere Portal Express confuses me though. I'm not sure why you would need a user license for this. On the bright side, if it gets named WebSphere then you know it's included in the statement of direction.
