ADDJOBSCDE ... Recovery action = *SBMRLS

When I use ADDJOBSCDE and have Recovery Action set to *SBMRLS, is there 
anyway to tell in the job if the job was submitted this way?  What is 
happening is that on some of these jobs that kick in right after an ipl I 
want to delay them until certain post ipl tasks are done completed.

I can figure out workarounds such as setting up a dataarea prior to the 
ipl and checking that.  I was just seeing if there was a neat RTVJOBA or 
api that will do the trick.
