Looking at the improved search site got me this:

The #LDIOM task is a load/dump I/O manager involved mostly during save/restore operations to write/read data to/from disk.

This search site is what you get to from the iSeries Support website.

So you had some kind of Save/Restore going on. These tasks are SLIC-level, I believe. They are not jobs you can look at much.
