The only thing that I can think of is that someone has change the default value on the SAVSYS's OMIT parameter from *NONE to something else. You can save user profiles and authorization lists anytime the system is up (i.e.: even not in restricted state) using the SAVSECDTA command. I have run the Option 21 from the save menu several times in the past year. Each time I was under the impression that everything was being saved. However, this past week I just happened to be looking one of my user's profiles and noticed that it had not been saved since 7/20/02. Upon further investigation I noticed that none of the profiles that have been created since 7/20/02 have been saved. Does anyone have any ideas why my profiles are not being picked up in the system save? Not sure it matters, but we are running v5r1 and the latest PTF cum pack. _______________________________________________ This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing list To post a message email: MIDRANGE-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/midrange-l or email: MIDRANGE-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l.
