Access URL from DDS -- MIDRANGE-L

I thought that I had seen an example (some time ago) of how to add a URL to
a display file, such that when the URL is selected on the display file, a
browser is opened and accesses that address.  Am I dreaming, or is this
possible?  Thanks.
