I called the user to review things with her but now she is telling me that she worked late yesterday and told me that the .fdf was created using the file type "BIFF (MS Excel 5)" thinking that this will facilitate the process of converting the data in Excel. That was not working (that definition was theone she sent to me) She was 'exploring solutions' and change it to be COMMA SEPARATED VARIABLE (CSV). Guess what...it worked.
