There is a product called Remote Print Manager (RPM). It's basically an LPD (line print server in UNIX-speak) that runs on a Windows box. Also, Win2K and XP have LPD servers in them. These all will use the Windows drivers.

Have you checked for emulation on the Bryce? I looked up a couple of things, and they seem to use PCL5. A dealer's site mentions HP technology for the 11K and 13K. This means you'd use something like *HP4 in the manufacturer type and model.

Hi,

I need to print to a Bryce envelope printer from an AS/400. The AS/400 doesn't
have a device driver for the Bryce. Does anyone know of Remote Spool Print
Manager software that would run in between the two? What I would like is to be
able to print from the AS/400 with any HP or IBM driver and send it to a PC.
Then with software (or hardware) accecpt the spool file and print it to a Bryce
printer driver loaded on the PC. The AS/400 outquts USRASCII spool files.

Thank you,
