Number of program accesses/activations? -- MIDRANGE-L

I don't seem to be able to find a "number of times accessed" (or
"activated") data for programs.  There's a "days used" count available in
the *OUTFILE but nothing more detailed in the QUSROBJD API.  Is this
information available in the system?
