Somehow I doubt FTP would do well talking to an http server. What your
asking for sounds like a job for wget (which is available for Windows). I
don't think it would be able to rename rzakj.pdf to CommitCtrl.pdf without a
lot of work.
 
A better question, though, do you have the Info Center CDROM that came with
V5R2? It should already have all the PDF files (except for what may have
been updated since then.)
