Or my CPYSPLFPDF.  It's also inexpensive and targets a slightly
different market than Brad's.  Brad does more output formats, while my
tool concentrates on making it easy to integrate the tool into your
workflow.  The new version I just released allows you to convert
multiple files, monitor output queues, and quite a few other features.
