CAE Printer Session to HP OfficeJet 610

I've never had any real problems setting up printer sessions to various flavors 
of printers but for the life of me, I can't seem to get this model to work.  
I've tried using the standard printer driver, via PDT, and via Host Print 
Transform (using various HP models as choices) and all give various results but 
none are correct.  I'm printing a 1 page joblog as a test and it either prints 
in teeny tiny print, or unreadable characters, or readable but prints it 
portrait and chops off the printing.

Anyone got any ideas?
