RE: CAE Excel add-in

After starting the Excel wizard, after you enter the file name, the next
screen gives three push buttons, data options, format options &
properties; press the data options, which will bring up the SQL
statement.  For users unsure of SQL press the Details push button which
allows the user to select fields, where statements & order by.
