Not true, QTEMP can be removed from the library list, just like any other! Cheers Colin.W -----Original Message----- From: Booth Martin [mailto:Booth@xxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: 22 October 2003 14:24 To: midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: RE: SndPgmMsg from qtemp/msgfile fails in batch, OK in interactive QTEMP is always in the library list, but there's more than one QTEMP. When a batch job starts a new QTEMP is built. When the batch job ends the QTEMP used by the batch job disappears. As I read this back I realize that I am not positive if the existing QTEMP goes with the batch job or stays with the interactive job but in either event the QTEMP of the batch job disappears when the batch job ends.. --------------------------------------------------------- Booth Martin http://www.MartinVT.com Booth@xxxxxxxxxxxx --------------------------------------------------------- -------Original Message------- From: Midrange Systems Technical Discussion Date: Wednesday, October 22, 2003 8:05:30 AM To: Midrange Systems Technical Discussion Subject: RE: SndPgmMsg from qtemp/msgfile fails in batch, OK in interactive Not that it should matter (I would think), since the msgf is always qualified, but I checked and, yes, qtemp is in the libl.
