Marco, I'm not 100% familiar with the current offerings from Palm, Sony, etc., but this is my take on it: If you want a phone-style keyboard, it's quite likely you'll only find the phone/Palm combos. And if you're going that route, you may as well get a real keyboard and get a Handspring Treo. You should be able to pick up a used Treo300 for a song since the Treo600 was just released. (no one says you have to activate it for phone usage) The 600, which I just received last week, is very nice. Or, I suppose, you can opt for any other Palm model and add an external QWERTY keyboard to it. I used a Palm IIIx + Palm/Targus external keyboard for some time before moving to the Treo offerings. - John -----Original Message----- From: Marco Facchinetti [mailto:facchinetti@xxxxxxxxx] Sent: Monday, October 20, 2003 12:24 PM To: Midrange Systems Technical Discussion Subject: Palm OS Hi list, I'm looking for a palm: O/S: palm/OS Keyboard: Hand phone like (12/16 large keys) Connections: USB (no wireless, gsm...)
