My boss is trying to set up a Zebra QL420 wireless label printer, and he's running into a problem that he can't seem to get around. Everything works fine if he has only one spool file in the output queue at a time, but if there are two spool files the first one prints fine and the second one gets hung up in SND status. Does anyone have any idea what might be going on, and/or where we might look to fix this? Thanks!
