I'll post there but I'm at a loss to the second level msg "00-primary 
associated space (includes space objects)"
All new to me. Thought this would be a good tool just can't get past this.

Bill, you're probably going to get better answers on the MI400-L list, if 
this wasn't cross posted.  ;-)

Hit F1 and look at the details in the 2nd-level text. This might be a 
blocked function at your current security level, or there might be some 
system object that can't be accessed.
