This is the Management Central Java server. At V5R2 there are three
Management Central jobs, QYPSJSVR, QYPSPFRCOL and QYPSSRV. I wouldn't
recommend turning this off, I would recommend figuring out what the problem
is. On our model 170 QYPSJSVR uses about .2% of the CPU and QYPSSRV uses
about .1%.

I found this in the Incident Summaries in the Software Knowledgebase:
http://www-912.ibm.com/supporthome.nsf/document/20300257

QYPSJSVR Job Using a Large Amount of CPU
Problem Summary:
QYPSJSVR server job has a QPRINT file held in OPEN status which is using a
large amount of CPU.

Resolution:
Load and apply 5722SS1 PTFs: SI03032, SI03094, SI02212 and SI02512.
