I've got an I/O card that wants to have its cache battery pack replaced. How
hard is that to do? Where would I get the part?

Actually, I HATE hardware work.  Hate it with a passion.  Ever since I
learned that a hair dryer is standard operating equipment (to find heat
related problems).  But I managed today, with only two calls to IBM
Support!
