As Mark has pointed out, that is exactly what PSC/400 does.  It works
fine in Netscape, better in IE.  That's all.

BTW, I've got huge new announcements for PSC/400 next week, including a
brand new website completely written using WDSC51.  It's quite nice, I
think.
