Not sure what you mean by 'Add'. The database is part of the system. It is
already there. If you're asking how to access the iSeries database, what is
your access method? FTP, HTTP, ....? This would determine the port to open.

Hi !

We have a programmer how wan't to add a DB2 databas in our iseries model
170 V5R2M0.

I have not work with database's before. :-|

I need to now what port number we should open i our vpn server to this to
work ?
Is there any version number of the DB2 in Os400 / V5R2M0 "the programmer
is asking" ?
