Regarding EBN Technology

Hi folks,

   If any one in our group implemented EBN technology (Electronic bankruptcy
Noticing) for the real time application, please  provide some inputs for me
like how to  start to use that technology to my application.

 I  studied some information on web (www.ebnuscourts.com) but I didn't get
clear idea about implementation.

Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing is a service provided, free-of-charge,
through a partnership b/w federal bankruptcy courts and the  Bankruptcy
Noticing Center(BNC)in order to speed the delivery of case information to
recipients.

   EBN service is being made available in two phases it will allow any
recipient to receive notices):
    
     Phase1. Electronic Data Interchange
     Phase2. Internet E-mail or Facsimile delivery

any one implemented either phase1 or Phase2, please provide details  and
your inputs are highly Appreciable
