I saw that you had the problem corrected, but just to answer the
question anyway: for CGI programs we adopted the simple standard of
naming the activation group the same as the program.  IIRC, if you use
*CALLER, then you will be running in the default activation group which
I think is recommended against.

For our non-CGI programs we use *NEW, and for service programs we use
*CALLER.  This is a simplistic approach but works for us.
