No, there isn't any unusual activity. However, I can see each request is
taking exactly 28 seconds.

        Check your webserver logs and see if your getting flood with worm
        activity. I'm still running Classic webserver, and have an
        access log and and error log. I see lots of activity at my end from
the www.
        since yours is internal only, may indicate infection inside your
firewall.
