Thanks vern and JT for your postings on question.I ve used one 
more result field in my report which consists contsnat T for Trans 
& P for Pos.....Vern's posting  is very ifnormative...
JT: since you ve nt said whats the bill &expecting 6 figures...
the figures in the bill can be like 000000 :)--lol.
