RPG & Java

I wanted to know how you all package a CMD/CLLE/RPGLE/Java
class/Jars/wars/JSP etc, if you need to send to your clients? Is there
tool that can handle all this?  Can a savf be created for all as/400 and
put in IFS and zipped along with java stuff?  Will there be a code page
problem?  How can this be retrieved by the client, just unzip in ifs and
pull back the savf into library?

Again, I am not sure about jars and wars.  What is the advantage of wars
over jars?  Can the wars be signed like jars?
