Andy,

Yep, everything seems to be OK and I did go through the "key fun" - they
issued a bunch of keys and some were for the 810's serial # and some were
for the 620's serial # ! So I had to get them again. I will hand it to IBM -
I would submit the key request and get an email back almost instantly with
the proper key !

Looks like I need to call IBM on this. Thanks !

Chuck

Chuck,

I would suggest doing a WRKLICINF (Work with License Information) and
verify that all of your licenses and product keys are correctly entered.
If you did a scratch install, you would have had to key in this
information, did you?

You probably need to do this for each partition.

Andy Nolen-Parkhouse

Doing WRKPROB shows all 3 of these.

Reporting it says PTF's downloaded but none are and gets you an APAR
saying
there is no record of this as a problem and to save all kinds of stuff
and
call your software provider (with no # included...).

Doing a search on IBM's website yields a bunch of stuff concerning
licensing
(HOW ironic) but nothing specific to what I am experiencing that I can
tell
(a lot of it is for V5R1)...

We are running fine but this is annoying. Anyone have any idea what is
going
on (before I call IBM) ?

Thanks !

Chuck
