Your Iseries has probably the adress of the 2621 as it's default route. You will probably have to change it> so it uses the PIX address as the default route.
As for the rest, any special configuration should be dont on the PIX.
In saying so, I assume that your Iseries do not have an Internet visible address and that the 2621 was doing NAT.
