Does NetServer belong to the Windows domain? I think you can only check this through Ops Nav. Do you have a guest user ID configured or do you require an ID and password? How have you guys got around this, I am at my wits end. We have tried mapping a drive and that doesn't work. Normally, they just use a shortcut, which doesn't work either.
