Dead model 200

I am trying to breath life back into an old AS400 for a Halloween Monster
Garage where we are going to do a take off of FrankenSeries.  Any how I get
an SRC of 0000 BBBB = dead bios/clock battery.  But upon book I get 0000
0002.  I imagine that is the system password is lost, due to the dead
battery.  My Book starts with 0000 0003 Power supply over current fault.
But I doubt that is the problem since nothing is spinning, not even the fans
on the power supply.  Any one know what 0002 is?  9402 - 200 - 2030
