Hi Dave, You just need to buy TAATOOLs and use DLTOLDSPLF - it will do everything and more. You can find the tools by searching for Taatool in google. They were written by Jim Sloan ex-IBM Rochester, and used to come with the AS/400. They're still pretty cheap. cheers, Clare Clare Holtham Director, Small Blue Ltd - Archiving for BPCS Web: www.smallblue.co.uk IBM Certified AS/400 Systems Professional E-Mail: Clare.Holtham@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Mobile: +44 (0)7960 665958 ----- Original Message ----- From: "David A Parnin" <daparnin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, August 28, 2003 8:56 PM Subject: Clearing out spool files > Greetings, > > As part of our nightly backup we have several OUTQ's that we clear out. > We've discussed the possibility of deleting spool files older than two days > so that we could reference recent activity.
