Re: Serious service issue when ordering ptf media.

I used the "FAX" version of ordering PTF's, using the IBM fax form because I
was ordering a lot of individual PTFs.  I waited about 2-3 weeks, then
re-ordered over the phone.  The fax version did come, but AFTER the phone
order arrived in the usual time frame.
