Amplifying on James' answer, you should visit the Easy400 web site, in
Italy.  There is lots of good stuff there, in RPG and Cobol.  Perhaps the
greatest bit is the CGIDEV2 library - it's a remarkably complete
implementation of the stuff you need to do in order to run CGI, email and so
on using RPG.  http://www-922.ibm.com/

As for HTML, you can learn a lot of HTML just by using your browser's 'view
source' function.  Try right-clicking.  You can easily use a plain text
editor and your PC to test your own HTML creations before you try to deploy
to a web server.
