Hi Chris,

Nope, 620 is on V4R5 (don't laugh...).

User profiles was one thing I was really wondering about. Am I just going to
have to recreate them ?

Thanks,

Chuck

for, etc.

System directory, smtp e-mail addresses, distribution lists, SNADS, Menus,
user & group profiles, Auth Lists.

Is the 620 at the same OS level? If so, you can sav/rst security data which
will give you your user profiles, Group profiles, and auth lists.

If you don't use snddst, sndnetmsg, sndnetsplf, sndnetf, or sndrcvf then you
probably do not use SNADS and will not need distribution lists or system
directory entries. Do you send e-mail from the AS400? If so, do you have
smtp e-mail addresses setup for all your users?

Custom menu's are usually what gets overlooked.
