Yes, this was where I had downloaded and installed the new version of the
QADRT library. I was wondering if there is something else to do to install
and/or activate the service programs.

As you probably have the old ASCII Runtime support installed.

IBM has included the ASCII runtime support in V5R1+.  All you need are a
couple of PTF's(check the support link)
