PdfCreator at http://sector7g.wurzel6.de/pdfcreator/ is a most excellent (and free) tool that will build tiff, jpeg and png (not gif) files, in addition to several other formats, including pdf. It's a PC service that emulates a printer, so presumably you could create a CA printer that writes to it, or print from Wrksplf.exe.
