Service Director Setup Issue

Folks,

Overview:  V5R2, Cume 161.

Having an issue on one system of four (LPAR'ed box) - used the exact same
install CDs, exact same PTFs on all partitions, exact same modems.  Very
very strange.  Anyway, here's the problem.

On the system that doesn't work right, when I do a GO SERVICE, take option 3
to go to Inventory Collection menu, 5 to configure connection, and 1 to
create, when I leave *SELECT in for the country and state, there are NO
countries or states to choose from!  It's almost like a file I need to pull
this data from is secured improperly, but I can't see that in my job log.
I've tried specifying US and TX and using manually-entered known-good phone
numbers, but it won't let me do that.

Anyone know the exact filename/location of the data file which holds states
and country codes so I can get this thing fired-up?  It's weird that it
works on all the other partitions but this one.  Thanks in advance!
