I don't use Linksys products, myself (I prefer Netgear for the cheap stuff, I've had much better luck...) but I don't see why this would even be an issue? The router just talks to it's devices via TCP/IP over ethernet, doesn't it? Why should it care if a Windows machine put the bytes on the wire, or if an iSeries put the bytes the wire?
