As far as I know,

1) If you're talking about _after_ the spooled file has been created, then
the answer is _no_, unless you're Leif Svalgaard and there is some kind of
MI function that you can use to change it...

2) If you want to change the ownership of the spooled file _before_ it gets
created, see the help text for the SPLFOWN parm on the OVRPRTF command.

3) You _can_ use SNDNETSPLF to send a copy of the spooled file, once
generated, to another AS/400 user.  In this way, he will have a copy of the
spooled file under his own userid.

By the way:

The correct terminology to use is "spooled file", not "spool file".
