There was a tag on the keys on my 9404: FOR KEYS SEND $13.00 AND THIS TAG TO: TURTLE MOUNTAIN CORPORATION 1ST STREET SOUTH DUNSEITH, ND 58329 6F0124 I bet the number on your key was diffent from mine. Anybody else verify that for me? If you're paranoid a simple yes it was different will suffice. It crashed a few months ago when we had a power outage. I cannot perform a manual IPL on the system because the machine is locked into the normal IPL position and we seem to have lost the key. I have logged a support call with IBM, but because the machine is no longer on maintenance they want a PO for nearly $3000 before they proceed. They did say that if I could supply them with the part number, they could order it for me. Does anybody know how I can find out the correct part number? Phil. _______________________________________________ This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing list To post a message email: MIDRANGE-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/midrange-l or email: MIDRANGE-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l.
