SQL Triggers to call an RPG Program?

Hi All,
 
I am attempting to use my first trigger on a database file on the 400, and have 
come up against a problem that the help & online searches have yet to shed 
light on...
 
After the update of a table, I want to pass a field from the updated row to an 
RPG/400 program as a parm.  In creating the trigger in OpsNav, I cannot get 
past the SQL Syntax Check because it claims it cannot find the program...
 
Can CALL only be used to call stored procedures in a SQL Trigger?
