There's supposed to be a message type in the message - hence the wider blank. You should probably take an F9 when displaying the message, to see what from and to procedures are involved.

Also, try going to the imporved search at www.iseries.ibm.com/support (just click on the Search button, upper right, without entering any search string) and look for this message ID, either as is or with 'MSG' prefixed to it.
