If you send a plain text e-mail file or use a test editor such as notepad, you do not have font control within the file. I have several 132 column reports that get e-mailed as plain text. They are a pain to print. But change the extension to .DOC and use a word processor to print. Specify fit to page and landscape, it look good and works. Cannot do in NOTEPAD or other plain text editors. Nothing to do with the sending, unless you build a PDF, HTML, or other intelligent document for an intelligent word processor. I'm looking at converting the spool file to a FFTDCA format file and using the SNDDST with a *FILE instead of *LMSG... no luck with the control characters..yet..
