RE: Restriction on Database file object

I think, for CRTDUPOBJ to work, you have to have *OBJOPR and *OBJMGT
authorities to the object that you're copying (as well as the relevant
data authorities).  I've always thought this strange, as CPYF will work
with only *OBJOPR, but there you go.
