When we found out that the 810 did not come with a rear cover we complained
to our BP and they said that they would pick up the cost. (Still haven't got
it though...)  Another item to note is that the 810 has a 9749 10/100
ethernet card that can be included at no charge - but if you fail to order
it you won't get it.

Can you believe that they expect you to order the rear cover??  $100 to
