When a new job is created it is assigned a name like
"DSP01/KLEMSCOT/123456" which is made from the job name, username & a
unique number.  This is what the USER keyword retrieves, the 2nd part of
this job name.

If you change the userid during the running of the job (there are APIs
that do this) the job name does not change.   If I changed my userid to
QUSER, the 2nd part of my job name would still say "KLEMSCOT".   So, in
order to tell what my new username is, I'd retrieve the CURUSER option.
