Sounds like a job for PDM.  You can create your own user-defined option to
do the DSPOBJD, then use WRKLIBPDM to apply that option to all the libraries
(F13) and press Enter.

Or, you could do a single DSPOBJD *OUTFILE of only the libraries, read THAT
in a CL program and do a DSPOBJD for each library there...
