There is a utility you can download that will create an XML document in the IFS with the command definition information for any command. The resulting XML document can be opened in a browser (which will render it so that is is easy to read) and you can see all of the pertinent information about all parameters, including their position numbers.
Would this be helpful to you? I'm enclosing a copy of the XML document that I created for the WRKUSRJOB command.
